Mr. Kloss concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and product liability. He handles all of the legal aspects of owning a business, from formation to contracts and litigation.

He is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts across New York. His clientele include entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized businesses, as well as large multi-national corporations.

Mr. Kloss also serves as an Attorney Advisor to the Clarence High School Mock Trial Team and as Attorney Advisor/Instructor for the U.B. Law School’s Trial Advocacy Institute. During his tenure as Attorney Advisor, the Clarence team has competed and won the 2015 New York State Championship, as well as the Erie County Bar Association Championship an unprecedented four-years in a row. Mr. Kloss also is a board member of the Clarence High School’s Academy of Business and Finance, which seeks to promote business literacy through industry-focused curricula, work-based learning experiences, and internships.
