Mitchell M. Stenger

Mr. Stenger's practice is primarily concentrated in civil litigation fields of casualty and negligence, product liability, construction and labor law, transportation law, toxic torts and environmental claims on behalf of major manufacturers and utility clients. He has also represented individuals and media clients in the defense of libel and defamation actions.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Stenger was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988, and to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in 1989. He is a member of the Erie County, New York State and American Bar Associations, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and has served as Secretary to the Lawyers' Club of Buffalo.

Mr. Stenger is experienced in the trial of civil actions before New York State court; he has successfully argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division and Court of Appeals.

Prior to founding the firm of Kloss, Stenger, Kroll & LoTempio, Mr. Stenger was associated with the law firms of Brown & Kelly; Gibson, McAskill & Crosby; the Law Offices of Kevin A. Ricotta, as well as Stenger & Finnerty, where he enjoyed working with his late father, John H. Stenger, Esq. for over five years.
