Douglas R. Smith is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice focuses on intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, copyright prosecution and infringement litigation. In addition, his practice extends to Contracts (including patent and trademark licensing/royalty agreements), and Business and Corporate Law. Prior to joining the firm of Kloss, Stenger & LoTempio, Douglas worked at the University at Buffalo Office for Science, Technology Transfer and Economic Outreach (STOR) as a graduate assistant conducting patent searches and preparing patentability assessments.
