Philip B. Abramowitz

Philip B. Abramowitz is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and a former assistant United States attorney in the Western District of New York. Mr. Abramowitz has over 100 cases reported in Westlaw, and he has argued in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Second Circuit, the Third Circuit, and the D.C. Circuit as well as the New York Court of Appeals and all four New York Appellate Divisions. He is a former clinical instructor of law at SUNY Buffalo School of Law, and is a member of the state bars of New York, New Jersey, Nevada, and Florida, as well as numerous federal bars. He is a graduate of Columbia College as well as Syracuse University College of Law where he won the law school moot court competition and at graduation was awarded the Senior Moot Court Prize.
